Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled with dreams of great heights. Her most memorable roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the dramatic Precious. Her childhood was lived living in Los Angeles where she came from a middle-class family. The mother of her children was a film buff and instilled an interest in films in the young girl. Paula was a part of co-curricular school events, and she was particularly interested in drama. Paula loved playing the role of an actor with her classmates and took part in school's stage shows. After performing in several performances at the high school of Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and deciding to make acting her profession. It was an enjoyable summer at University of Southern California. She was awarded a three-month project creating documentaries for PBS. When she finished the three-month assignment successfully the first task was working in the production department for television documentaries. After that, she started producing documentaries. Although she enjoyed her career, she still dreamed of being an actor. The path to acting began when she had an unimportant role with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has played in numerous popular films and television series.
